Some Facebook page directors don’t care for having followers comment on their posts. But, there is no authority approach to incapacitate comments on a Facebook page. We will not discover such a choice anyplace in the page settings, or on Facebook all in all. Luckily, there is a workaround to impede Facebook comments on our page’s posts. In this way, Facebook will not allow us to disable comments on a Facebook page. But, it will let us pre-moderate “prohibited” words. Which words would it be a good idea for me to add to handicap all Facebook comments? Things being what they are, to totally incapacitate comments on a Facebook page, do we need to add an entire word reference of words? Not by and large. Since only one “offending” word is sufficient to boycott the entire comment, we simply need to choose the legitimate watchwords that would cover most potential comments.
Would I be able to disable Facebook comments just on explicit posts?
Tragically, since this is a workaround and not an official solution, it is extremely unlikely to disable Facebook comments two or three posts and leave them enabled for the rest.
Here is how to disable comments on a Facebook page-
- Go to your browser and log in to your Facebook account
- Click on “see more” and go to your pages by clicking “pages”
- Click on your page and click on “setting”
- Click on “page moderation” and type the words you want to disable from your page and click “save”
